How do I log into my Affiliate Account?

You'll find a link to Affiliates under the Home tab of the top menu, on any page of the website. When you get to the Afiliates information page, look for the Login link in the right hand menu. You'll need your Username & Password to login. If you forget either, you'll find a Password Reminder link under the login form.

How do I cancel my Affiliate Account?

You'll find a link for this on your Dashboard in the Affiliates Area. Just click on that and follow the prompts.

Linking & Traffic

Do I have to download images & banners?

No you don't. We currently host all banners here so you don't have to download them ... or worry about bandwidth issues!

How does your system track the visitors I send?

All the affiliate links include a unique ID that identifies you as the referrer. As soon as your visitor arrives on our website they are flagged as your referral. We record the code in a cookie and as soon as they complete a Photobuyer or Photographer registration you will be credited with the lead.

Is there a limit to the number of links I can set up?

None at all. We recommend a variety of designs and sizes to ensure you appeal to as wide an audience as possible. We'll add new creatives on a regular basis, so check in often and see what's new.

Can I use links in Emails and Newsletters

Most definitely, as long as you are only sending to opt-in subscribers! We have a zero tolerance policy on spam, so if we get complaints you risk having your account cancelled!

Can I use PPC ads in Google, Yahoo, Facebook etc?

You are welcome to run PPC ads in the major search engines, as long as the words or phrases are suitably relevant to the landing page and your ads are not misleading to the visitor.

Are any Search Terms terms reserved?

You aren't allowed use our business names in your ads -- Global Eye Images, OzImages, Global Eye Group.

Payments

How much do you pay?

We current pay AU$1.00 per lead. To earn a commission, your visitor must complete a Photographer Registration, or a Photo Buyer registration. (As per the terms & conditions, we reserve the right to change this at any time, after giving at least 7 days advance notice to all affilliates).

How much money do I need to earn before I get paid?

AU$50 in commission must be earned before a payment is issued.

How often are payments calculated?

Payments are calculated on the 1st of the month. If $50 or more in commission has been earned, then a payment will be made by the 7th of that month. If your balance is less than $50, it will be carried forward to the next month.

How do I receive payments?

Payments will be made by PayPal. You must enter a valid PayPal email address in your account details to be paid.
