1. Sulphur Crested Cockatoo - Cacatua galerita . Widespread and abundant. Seen in many types of wooded scrub and open country.

2. Sulphur Crested Cockatoo - Cacatua galerita . Looking at the possibilities of a home - a tree hollow. Also being aware of predators overhead.

3. Pale headed Rosella - immature - Platycercus adscitus . Inhabits farmland, open woodlands, scrublands. Located north eastern Australia.

4. Parrot (Red winged) - Aprosmictus erythropterus . Inhabits many types of open woodland, mulga, mangroves etc. Common to northern and north eastern Australia.

5. Red-Tailed Black-Cockatoo - Calyptorhynchus banksii . Inhabits open forest and woodland and found northern, north eastern and western coast and slightly inland of Australia.

6. Rainbow Lorikeet (Trichoglossus haematodus ). Colourful lorikeet, common to most outer coastal areas of Australia. Also kept as caged pets.

7. Little Corella - Cacatua pastinator . Inhabits open grassland and crop pasture, bushes, scrubland including mangroves.

8. Little Corella - Cacatua pastinator . Fast flying and sometimes seen in huge flocks. Inhabits open land, watercourses, grassland and most scrub areas. Breeds in hollows of trees.

9. Galah - Immature - Cacatua roseicapilla . A very young Galah, still surrounded by its parents and some siblings. The young Galah like many immature birds, mimics its parents and learns how to eat and survive.

11. Fig-parrot (Double eyed) - male - Cyclopsitta diophthalma . Race marshalli, a rare sight, the Double eyed Fig parrot inhabits two small ranges on the East coast of Australia.

12. Fig-Parrot (Double eyed) male - Cyclopsitta diophthalma . A rarely seen parrot of the Marshalli race. Fast flying and difficult to see in the canopy.
